(More customer reviews)I have owned the NC1s for 14 months. They are a neat product, but they are not the perfect stereo Bluetooth headset. The fit is the aspect that ruins it for me. The ear pieces fall out of my ears if I turn my head. They do come with two sets of ear gels and one set of foam, but that did not solve my problem. Now that it is winter I wear the headset under my hat and I am really enjoying them.
I mostly listen to podcasts with some Pandora. I find the audio quality pretty good. The four sound effect modes are fun to play with, but I usually do not use them.
For phone calls, I sometime get the complaint that it is hard to hear me, but with some adjustment of the left ear piece the problem is solved. There is sometimes a delay when answering a phone call with the answer button the headset, but I am not sure if that is related to my phone.
The controls are all located on the left ear piece. They are easy to use and learn.
Pros: sturdy construction, good battery lift, easy controls, the magnet makes them easy to wear around neck.
Cons: cord is rather stuff and can cause them to fall out of my ears, usb charging port is not standard, cannot pair with 2 devices using the A2DP profile, the blue light blinking (I wish you could turn it off).
Summary: good headset, but still not perfect. If they stayed in my ears, they would be the perfect headset.
