(More customer reviews)The first time I used this the 2nd front input jack broke. I cannot remove the XLR cable from that jack no matter how hard I try. The release button apparently became disconnected so it's just flopping around and isn't releasing the plug. I find the product very useful for plugging mics into my various preamps, so I give it more than 1 star for that reason. But considering this product is nothing more than a few XLR jacks mounted in a rack, having poor quality jacks is really disappointing.
FOLLOW-UP 1/11/2011: I was able to repair the broken jack by disassembling it and bending the release pin back to it's original position. So at least the jacks are designed to be repairable.
