(More customer reviews)I bought it for my Roland AX7 and I couldnt get more then 5-7 feet without drop outs. Maybe if your just transmitting note on note off and velocity commands from 4 feet its good but lets face it...why would you need a wireless for that??? You need a wireless so you can roam around the stage with a keytar. Then you try to take a solo (playing a lot of notes) using pitch bend and Mod wheel and the signal skips out on ya and you look like a fool...(more so then just by playing a keytar..HAHA...but seriously I stopped using it and went back to using a 15 foot midi cable. The batteries were ALWAYS dieing half way thru the gig anyway.
