Amazon working through outside vendors sent the wrong adapter which is common with this particular item. Be careful ordering this product they have the wrong picture up on the site! What is pictured is the 5/8Female-3/8Male, even though the product is labeled correctly (5/8M-3/8F). Unfortunately if you think you are getting what you see you will not. You will get the adapter that looks like a threaded washer, the kind that is opposite of the image.
