(More customer reviews)This is a swell multi-mic bar. It will set you back a bit more than the rock bottom models, but is worth it.
The Good:
* Very sturdy. Metal bar and mic attachments.
* The bar holding the mics has a hex-shaped cross-section. This means you needn't worry about things falling radially out of alignment when screws are loosened.
* The adjustment discs on the bottom of the threads mean you can set any included angle between your mics, and they will stay put.
* Very flexible setup options -- you can slide the four holders anywhere on the bar. You can slide the bar. You can pivot the angle of the bar at the stand. You can rotate (by removing and replacing) the holders into other orientations allowed by the hex bar shape.
You should know:
* There are no detents or pre-sets for angles and distances. If you need to be able to exactly reproduce a particular setup, this is not the stand for you.
