(More customer reviews)Every sound and audio person has to have a bag of gadgets to use to "fix" situations that they find themselves in. It usually happens when you have to interface with someone else's equipment. I was just in that situation.
I was hired to capture to camera a live sound feed provided to me via a mult-box. I also had to send that feed to my bag through a wireless set up. To insure that I didn't get there and find that I had a level mismatch coming out of an unknown mult-box to the level input of my wireless, I made sure that I had a Shure A15LA with me just in case. I ended up using the Line to Mic adapter and it worked as needed, stepping down the line level feed to a nominal low level mic input for the wireless. The signal was clean and everything worked as it should.
Grab a couple of these for your kit. You'll be glad you did when the time comes where you'll need them!
