(More customer reviews)I've been using the Sennheiser MD431-II microphone with Dragon NaturallySpeaking voice recognition software for the last few years, and it's hard to imagine a better mic for that purpose. Far superior to the mics that come with the software or that you can purchase from your typical software store. Accuracy is near 100%, with nearly all errors my fault. Expensive, but worth it if you need voice recognition, especially if you can write it off as a business expense.
FWIW, I'm using the Sennheiser MD431-II with DNS 11 on a computer that has an Intel Q8200 Core 2 Quad 2.33GHz processor, 8GB of RAM, and Windows Home Premium 64-Bit.
