(More customer reviews)Got this mount to put on my desk to hold a microphone. The thread on the base where you would screw in a mic holder do not fit on two different mic holder (which fit on my mic stand fine). Something is up with the threads on this thing. I was able to squeeze a turn or two, but that was it. Not stable at all.
Also note this just fits the US size threads not the Euro (smaller) size and does not come with an adaptor.
