(More customer reviews)I purchased this as a Christmas present for the kids. I decided to set it up a couple days in advance to test it out. I'm glad that I did. It's junk. It comes with a European 110-240v wall transformer, which you must "adapt" to USA plug standard with a clunky adapter that is included. The most fundamental problem is that there is no way to adjust the microphone vocals loud enough that they can be heard over the audio track. In order to hear your microphone at all, even with the microphone gain adjusted to "max", you must adjust the master audio volume to a deafening volume. I'm now scrambling for a replacement the week before Christmas. Don't waste your time with this unit. They put effort into the physical design, but ignored the functional design. It looks great. It just doesn't work. I'm packing it back up and returning it.
