Average Reviews:

(More customer reviews)I have channel A; works well with no interference in a crowded apartment building.
The good:
-for the money, its a terrific deal. "Real" wireless units for guitar normally cost several hundred dollars. The nady works very well for the money.
-plug and play, very easy to figure out and use.
-the feeling of total liberation you get with wireless -- nothing can compare to it.
The Could-be-better:
-Tone will suffer. Its true. You'll lose some treble compared to a normal guitar cable. For this reason it might be best suited for the hobbyist or for practice sessions. If I had a real gig, I wouldnt want to use the nady, quite honestly, because of that treble loss which isnt huge but IS noticeable and I would miss that extra treble for a real performance. If you want a real wireless system where the tone comes across as well as a cable, those will cost several hundred dollars of course.
-If your 9v battery is dying, you can expect tone to suffer further. For this reason also I dont know how rechargeable 9v's would do since they have lower current ratings. I'll update this review if I ever try them out. An alkaline 9v will last about 15 hours only.
-Clip on the transmitter unit is basically useless. I wouldnt put it on my guitar strap, it is gauranteed to fall off. You can try if you want, but I wound up investing in one of those transmitter pouches (Neotech wireless pouch, so add another $15).
On the whole, if you're sick of wires, and mainly use this at home, its a terrific deal and sounds good enough for sure. Hard to beat this price.
