(More customer reviews)One problem with this stand is, that it doesn't come with the inner piece to screw into your Boom stand, and I think it is really unfair for some people. Lucky I had one from my shock mount that broke, so I unscrewed it out and put it into that one. So honestly this will not work with out that inside piece. Note: I am not talking about the piece that holds the mic, im talking about the part that screws on to the stand.
