(More customer reviews)I ordered two of these for use on film shoots. I didn't really know what I was looking for other than long male to female XLR cables. I ordered these cause they were by far the cheapest for the length. Turns out that they are low noise cords, which means that when dragged across any surface they make almost no noise and aren't picked up on the soundtrack. Even when dropped you have to really slap them down to get much noise. PERFECT. The female side has a plastic insert which worried me, but when we used them with our mic (Siennhiser ME66) the sound was beautiful and clear. GREAT PRODUCT!
