(More customer reviews)I hooked up an Audix OM2 mic using this cable and an identical mic with a Planet Waves Cable. Both sounded great but the monster you could hear the difference. There was a tighter sound and it was more clear. I switched the mics to see if there would be a change in sound: there wasn't. The difference was clear. Then I used a planet waves cable to hook up to a powered speaker. Same test. Same results. Monster makes a great product. Thats why they charge a premium. But if you are a smart shopper like myself you can find this cable at a GREAT price. I know i did.
