(More customer reviews)Purchased this for my daughter for Christmas.....looked good and sound quality is good. However, camera and display monitor would only work for a couple of minutes and then the display goes dead.... Spend Christmas morning downloading instructions and troubleshooting but to no avail....Not very good quality for over $200....plus what a hassle to have to return a product this big. Don't think I will buy a product like this online again......very disappointed. Also, company I bought from on Amazon says they don't have more and wants me to deal with manufacturer directly.....who wants me to ship at my own cost to them....absolutely ridiculous that receiving a defective product should actually cost me more money and hassle...ugggggggghhh. Not happy. Do not recommend this product at all!!!!!!!
