(More customer reviews)If you plan on using a condenser microphone, then don't buy this product, because the phantom power does not work. It's fine for dynamic microphones and everything else works. The hardware is metal, but the words started to rub off after awhile. I sent it to Rolls twice, and the sent it back without fixing the phantom power issue. Very disappointed, at least fix it, and I wouldn't try to find every website to give a negative review for this product. Out of warranty now. Don't waste your money on this item.
