(More customer reviews)I was a little hesitant to order this because it had no reviews at the time, and frankly, I wasn't sure it would be all that good at that price point. I decided to roll the dice, and am very happy I did. First thing I noticed out of the box was the stage box, very solid steel, well labeled, and the cable locks are all very stiff and should hold up to numerous connections/disconnections. The wire strain relief is solid, with a pro grade hanger at the fan end, which I was afraid it would not have because I could not see it in the pictures. The cable is heavier than my other 16 channel snake, which is because it is 22 ga instead of 24 ga, which reduces signal loss. The fan end is where I was the most skeptical, again because the product photos were not all that great. It is solid, all the plugs are metal and fit to my gear tightly, all wires have labeling - under the heat shrink - so it is going to stay labeled, and they left a nice length at the end of the main jacket, about 24 inches. I opened up the stage box and fan connectors to see the connections. All soldered joints look good, and I did not see any cold soldered joints, so I think it will last a long time. The only thing they could improve is put some potting resin inside the fan end connectors to give them even more stability, but I think they will be fine. Overall, this is a great deal for the price.
