Has phantom power, low cut, pan, and level for each channel. Has 2 trim adjustments for XLR outputs. Just what I was looking for, however I tested it with phantom power and various condenser mics and they distort. When you bring the level down the distortion increases - not cool. This is not an issue on my other mixers with phantom power using the same mics. Crappy Preamps? Phantom power issue? If you are looking for a clean signal this is not for you.
