(More customer reviews)I bought this mic clip, needing one able to hold my Rock Band microphone. I have plenty of mic stands, but all the clips were too small for the Rock Band mic. I bought this even though I read some reviews that said the mic clip wouldn't fit securely on their mic stand after removing the original clip. I tried putting it on a mic stand and I could not get it to fit securely. Turns out i'm just an idiot, and didn't realize i would need to take the washer off the mic stand that usually sits below the mic clip. I removed the washer, the Hercules mic clip slid easily on the mic stand, and clipped securely. Any mic I put in it is tightly secured. With this mic clip, it's easy to switch between my Rock Band mic, and my regular SM58 microphone.
