I've been using this mic for over a year and a half and always get compliments on how great it sounds. It's got great a frequency response that's perfectly tailored for the human voice. It never sounds harsh or compressed, and the mic is very low noise. The built in pop filter works quite well, but an external foam pop filter is still recommended to keep the mic clean and dry. The mic itself is solidly built with quality components right here in the USA, and if there are any questions or problems with the mic, Bob Heil is a man who stands behind his products 100% and is always more than willing to be of assistance.
