I have used many microphones for this broadcast, and I thought I would invest in an inexpensive microphone so than I could use it on some remote broadcasts. I thought, "I'll buy this mic, and if it tears up I'll only be out a few dollars". I also thought that if I didn't like it, I would just send it back. When I got the mic I was pleasently surprised at the sturdy build and the tone of the mic. I tested the microphone in my studio, and decided to use it in the studio instead of in the field. I have added it to the other three microphones and am now using it for some talk radio segments. This microphone is perfect for the price. The only problem is that it gets a little muddy if you speak too close to it when recording at higher levels. Other than that it is a great mic, especially for the price.
