(More customer reviews)Not Shoot ready! Fantastic Lavalier but we got in a bind when we found out that the lavalier isn't shoot ready. You need to buy the MICON ADAPTER (we used the Micon 2 for consumer camera) and the Micon Extension Cable. We found the Micon extension cable a MUST as the cable it comes with barely extends a couple feet from the camera (which means it is a face and shoulders tight shot) but with the extension cable you can comfortably go 10 feet from the camera. That is another $20 for the adapter and $40 for the extension cable so put that in the budget before you buy! Extremely happy with the sound results.
