(More customer reviews)Don't buy this if you have a CS-50 or CS-50USB style desk unit from Plantronics. This picture looks like the earpiece for the CS-50 desk headset but it is not. What you get 1) has no padding, just a thin wire that goes over the ear, 2) has the tiny hole that looks like it is for a bluetooth headset. Might be fine for BT but not the desk models.
