I was worried because it look like cheap plastic - but the legs are actually cast metal! sturdy and won't fall over
The holder is versatile will hold most mics ( like my SM57) and is perfect height for most amps.
I also love how it folds up and fits in my mic drawer - takes up very little space to store.
It has rubber feet so it does not slide.
This is a great versatile stand that no studio should be without - and super cheap!
