(More customer reviews)I recently wrote a bad review meant for Amazon. It went against EZ Pro Gear instead. EZ Pro Gear has great customer service & works with you immediately if there are any issues with the products you purchase from them. Amazon.com has horrible customer service. You can't get ahold of anyone there & they do not respond to anything. I will NEVER purchase an item through Amazon again, but I strongly suggest that people shop at EZ Pro Gear directly from their website without going through Amazon. EZ Pro Gear's customer service is extremely promt, they quickly sent a return label to replace the microphones I was having problems with however, they went even further by having a Tech support person call ME. The Martin Ranger wireless microphones work great in my Karaoke bar, with the exception of putting them back in the charging craddle. They need to be put in the charger just so or the charging lights don't come on for charging. Anyone that runs karaoke knows how many microphones you go through, as customers drop them on a regular basis. These microphones are durable, they have good quality sound, the range is very good, & for the price, it does not hurt as much when you need to replace them. I highly recommend them, just don't purchase them through Amazon, go directly to EZ Pro Gear's website. I had problems with everything I purchased from Amazon & will not shop there again, however, even though I purchased the mics though Amazon, EZ Pro Gear was right on top of the items that came from them & have gone out of their way to try to resolve any problems I may have had.
